Josh Reddick
President/CEO
Josh Reddick honed his construction expertise during his tenure in northern Florida, where he specialized in land management, overseeing extensive excavation projects and multi-acre grading for retention ponds, water runoff, and erosion control. His tenure in land management equipped him with invaluable insights into the seamless execution of large-scale construction initiatives and fundamental project management competencies for major commercial developments.
Building upon this foundation, Josh further broadened his skill set in electrical engineering and HVAC technologies before returning to North Carolina. There, he delved into residential construction, collaborating with Flaherty Properties on property remodels and new builds. His pivotal role in expanding Flaherty Properties’ market footprint from property management to property construction underscored his leadership and strategic vision in the industry.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Josh dedicates his free time to community service, actively volunteering with local charities and leading a youth camp during the summers. An avid enthusiast of deep-sea fishing, he relishes spending leisure moments aboard a boat, accompanied by the tunes of Jimmy Buffet.
